Introducing CJC-1295, a powerful synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) made up of 30 amino acids. This cutting-edge peptide is renowned for its ability to stimulate growth hormone and IGF-1 secretion while preserving the natural pulsatile rhythm of GH release.

CJC-1295 shines when paired with Ipamorelin, thanks to its heightened specificity as a GHRH. Unlike other peptides, it encourages growth hormone secretion without the unwanted effects of increased appetite or elevated levels of cortisol, acetylcholine, prolactin, and aldosterone. This makes it a well-tolerated option that works harmoniously with Ipamorelin.

Target Gland: Pituitary

Benefits of CJC-1295:

  • Boosts growth hormone and IGF-1 levels without increasing prolactin
  • Promotes increased body weight and length through enhanced protein synthesis
  • Facilitates significant muscle growth
  • Increases bone density
  • Supports improved immune function
  • Enhances cognitive abilities and memory
  • Stimulates collagen production for healthier skin
  • Encourages fat reduction
  • Promotes cellular repair and regeneration

Moreover, CJC-1295 fosters slow-wave deep sleep, essential for optimal muscle recovery, memory enhancement, and overall rejuvenation.

Two Forms of CJC-1295:

GHRH is produced in the hypothalamus, initiating a pulsatile release of GH from the pituitary gland, but it has a short half-life of just a few minutes. The active portion of GHRH comprises the first 29 amino acids, which can be synthesized as Sermorelin. This compound was modified to extend its half-life to about 30 minutes, leading to the creation of CJC-1295. Further enhancements, including the addition of DAC (Drug Affinity Complex), enable it to bind to albumin in the blood, extending its half-life to an impressive 8 days, known as CJC-1295 + DAC. A non-DAC version of CJC-1295 mimics a more natural GH spike occurring nightly.

The extended half-life provided by DAC allows for injections just once or twice a week. This sustained release offers a continuous stimulus for GH secretion via the GHRH receptor, although it may not entirely replicate natural physiological conditions, potentially diminishing the amplitude of GH pulses and their tissue-stimulating effects.

Safety Considerations:

For optimal results, consider taking "hormone holidays" for three months every three to six months while using a long-acting CJC molecule to allow your pituitary gland to recover. During this break, Sermorelin can be a suitable alternative to CJC-1295 + DAC. These breaks may also reduce the risk of GH resistance, which could occur from antibodies that deactivate GH or a decline in GH receptor numbers due to down-regulation. While these concerns are theoretical, they highlight the importance of further research.

Possible side effects of CJC-1295 include injection site reactions (irritation, redness, swelling, pain, and itching), headaches, diarrhea, vasodilation (flushing, warmth, temporary blood pressure drops), nausea, and abdominal discomfort.
