Mode of Administration:To ensure safety, always use a clean and sterile syringe when administering IGF-1.
- Hold the IGF-1 vial upright and insert the syringe through the center of the cap.
- Pull the plunger until the desired dosage (see ?Dosage? section) is in the syringe, then carefully remove it.
- Clean the skin at the injection site with alcohol.
- Pinch the skin around the injection site, ensuring about 2 cm of space on each side.
- Position the syringe at a 90-degree angle to the skin and insert it quickly.
- Fully depress the plunger until the syringe is empty, then withdraw carefully.
For optimal lean muscle growth and fat loss:
Dosage Amount:- Men: 40 mcg - 50 mcg daily
- Women: 10 mcg - 20 mcg daily
Do not exceed two injections of IGF-1 per day.
